Meet Shaunna
Hello, I'm Shaunna and I'm one of the coaches for Ex Boyfriend Recovery.
Coaching has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life these last five years. From starting as a member, to gaining a husband and life partner. My wish is to share my journey with you and help you learn from it so that we can help you get similar results.
I love that I get to give back in helping others and work with new people daily.

Academic Background & Research Studies
I studied Interior Design at Liverpool University, then went on to study Prince 2 in Project Management. I am now living and working in North Wales, in the United Kingdom.
I am currently a Support Assistant in a local school where I work with children through their academic journey, supporting their learning needs along with their emotional needs.
I more recently completed my practitioner in Drawing and Talking Therapy. This focuses on working with everyone, to understand and accept their emotions, thoughts and teaching them how to manage those feelings.
Understanding how to control their emotional reactions and how to learn to compose themselves.
Relevant Practical Experience
I have been a member of Ex Recovery since 2016, I worked my way through the program for myself and successfully got my partner back, we’re now married.
We have two children, which meant that during my time working the program I had to follow the limited no contact and then go on to following the “being there” method as there was a short period of time where he was open to dating another woman.
We reconciled our relationship during the beginning of the texting phase.
Since becoming a member, I then went on to become a moderator for the Facebook group and Chris was so impressed with my work as a moderator that he hired me in 2017 to help answer member questions and comments.
Additionally, I have been pairing up people for the battle buddy program.
This is where I would gather information about each new member of the private support group and match them with someone who is in a similar situation. It’s trickier than you think because I’d also have to find people within a similar time zone so that they have the support at the right times.
The battle buddy system has proven to be one of the most appreciated aspects of the Facebook group and what has stopped many people falling off their personal plans.
That personal, one to one support, has allowed people to work through hard times in their breakups.
I have also spent the last few years, answering break up questions and giving advice on the Ex Boyfriend Recovery website, Facebook Group, Program and Youtube channel.
I’ve been exposed to such a wide variety of situations, types of relationships that I feel confident with just about every situation you can imagine. I’ve also been personally trained by the founder of Ex Boyfriend Recovery, Chris Seiter
