Hello,

My boyfriend broke up with me about 6 weeks ago. I did no contact for a month. I’ve texted him 3 times after the no contact period (each conversation spaced out by a few days) and I got a very positive response each time. We never discussed the relationship. I just used your text ideas and techniques. I ended the first conversation early but the second and third ones, I tried to keep them going. But he never replied back. I didn’t ask him a question or anything but he could’ve kept it going but didn’t. What can I do so that 1) I’m not always reaching out to him first and 2) he wants to keep the conversation going.

*We broke up because the long distance wasn’t letting him progress in the relationship, he felt his feelings were stuck there. But I am moving to his city for a job in a few months.* We had been in LDR only the last 5 weeks of our relationship.

Hi,
so me and my ex were totally fine and he seemed loving till the last day before the breakup, until he broke up with me a week ago..
he said it was never my fault it’s just he feels a little not ready for this
we were together for only 2 and a half months and in my eyes we were so perfect for eachother, we never had a fight because we got almost everything in common and we were both unerstanding people
i have to mention that at the same day of the break-up he just got out of an exam in which he did terribley although he studied hard for it for 3 weeks, and now all his exams schedule is messed up and has to stay in university for another year when he was supposed to be done a year and a half ago.
i know for a fact that he is a nice guy and cheating or being fake was never in his intentions, because my bestfriend is also his bestfriend and i know that my bestfriend wouldn’t be friends with fake people.
although it sounds like a legitmate reason to break up, i just can’t get convinced that he’s willing to end all the bonding and the really good charm that was between us for something like that, at the same time i can’t force him to love me, i don’t know why is he thinking that way when we didn’t fight even for once or have an argument that could’ve made it bad between us.

ok so my ex boyfriend and I have a daughter together. Last week exactly he was texting me about picking up his daughter. I told him i wanted thursdays to be family nights. we dont live together. he said he was not comfortable with that. i was like what are you talking about we are together. he was like we are just frie.nds. i am like we were intimiate a week ago and you wrote i love you unconditionally in my hand. we were exchanging texts back and forth then he said i was too much he said i could not call text or stop at his place and blocked me from his phone. i went over to his place saturday morning to try to talk to him and he called the police on me. The police said i can not contact him i can not text him or call him only if its about our daughter and we can only meet at a public place. I am devastated and don’t even know what i did. Maybe he was feeling pressure that we have to be a family. we have been on/off 8 years and valentine’s day is next week. This man has bipolar and depression and does not take his meds. Do you think I will hear from him again? He has taken a week or teo break from me before. Somehow I feel like this is it and he won’t contact me. What do you think? Hi there,
My boyfriend broke up with me five days ago on account of depression—as in “not being able to be his best self” and “needing to work on himself”. I miss him terribly and feel like I had no control in the break-up since I grilled him on it and he insisted that I didn’t do anything wrong! I’m in college and we are in the same math class. We used to sit next to each other and all that, but since then I’ve been hiding from him, but looking over all the time in class. He doesn’t want to talk to me, I just know it, but I really really want to be on speaking terms and friends again. How can I do that sooner rather than later?

It’s been around 50days since he broke up with me. We had frequent arguments so we decided to take a break for around 3 months, but after we got back, he decided to break up saying he no longer has feelings for me, I’ve been clingy and needy . It’s been around 20 days since he broke up with me. I had taken a break with him for around 3 months after which he decided to breakup and said that he no longer has feelings for me. The break was mostly because of frequent arguments and misunderstandings. He did not even contact me during the break and that surprised me so much and the breakup which followed. Hi.
I purchased you system, read it cover to cover. The ‘ex’ I am trying to allure back works 2 doors down from me in Manhattan. I see him and his coworkers several times a week.

My ‘ex’ ended things and I am 1.5 weeks into NC. My question to you is this……
Being that I see him/his coworkers throughout the week, do I avoid them? Do I make eye contact? Or do I cross the street to avoid him/them like I have been doing because I just don’t know what to say?

Things weren’t ended amicably and he told me he never wanted to speak with me again (I cheated). I know that he and I will reconcile eventually, but in the interim, how do I play this?!

Hi my name is Marci, my boyfriend moved out of my house because we kept arguing. He thought if he moved in with his son 60 miles away it would be better for us, yeah…ok! As far as how have I been improving myself: I’ve decided to go back to school, start in in a few weeks. I’m making homemade dog treats and selling them, I’ve also been going to the gym and losing weight. We broke up a few months ago so this all didn’t happen in just 30 days. We were talking to each other and then all of a sudden he stopped talking to me. Stopped responding to messages and calls. So I stopped for 30 days and sent him a message “Hey, I know it’s been a while since we’ve talked but I just wanted to share with you some amazing news. I got accepted back into new paltz! 🙂 you were such a big part of finding motivation to do this that I just had to tell you.“ I thought it was intriguing but maybe not enough? I feel like my situation is hopeless.

I meant not doing instagram, whatsapp or facebook stories because after 24 hours, those posts disappear. The text isn’t intriguing because it looked like you were asking permission if you could text him and that you just told him that for the sake of thanking him but he doesn’t really need to reply to it.

Because I think he is saying this because he is mad at me. I didnt say anything, my friends just assume and used false rumours to push my ex away from me. I get so nervous around him that he thinks Im hiding something since someone pinned the blame on me and now everyone hates me. I can only really talk to him at work so last friday. Broke up this year.
